You can now pause recurring memberships for your clients
We’re excited to announce that you can now easily put a customer’s recurring membership payment on temporary hold using our new Pause Membership feature.
This is a great way to retain customers during unforeseen circumstances whether for travel, sickness, or COVID-19.
Pausing recurring membership payments means your member customers can remain members — despite temporary setbacks and unique situations — and they won’t have to start a brand new membership when the temporary situation has passed.
It’s easy to pause a membership. Simply go to your dashboard and set a date when the membership billing should pause, along with a date for membership billing to start again automatically.
