If you’re a Bookeo Tours and Activities user, you can now sell your tours to Bookeasy customers.

Bookeasy is a specialised software management system adopted by tourism destinations, visitor information centres, travel agents, and national parks throughout Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Vietnam.

What does the Bookeasy integration do for you?

With the Bookeasy integration, you can show your tours and activities in real-time, – and sell more bookings – to these active Bookeasy customers.

When a customer books and pays in Bookeasy, the booking appears instantly, right in your Bookeo schedule. You don’t need to lift a finger.

How to set up the Bookeasy integration

Your integration is handled by Bookeasy through Livn World. Here’s what to do:

1. Make sure you operate in one of the countries supported by Bookeasy: Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Vietnam.
2. Contact Bookeasy here. Bookeasy will then send you a form and agreement.
3. Send in your completed form and agreement.
4. That’s it! Livn World will receive a copy of your agreement and set up the integration with the Bookeasy visitor center.
