New: At-a-Glance Booking Change History
We’re excited to share with you a great new feature: Booking History.
Sometimes after a booking is created, changes are made to that booking. Now you can easily see what changes have been made to a booking, who made them, and when those changes were made.
At-a-glance booking history
To quickly see the history of changes to any booking, simply open the booking and click on the History tab.
Under the History tab, you’ll see the five most recent changes to the booking, listed from the most recent change to the oldest change. For each booking change, you can see the date and time of the change, along with the name of the account user who made the change, or the word “customer”, if the change was made by the customer.
Changes highlighted in bold
Changes to previous booking entries appear in bold type so you can quickly identify them. That includes changes to participant numbers, price adjustments, options, resources booked, date, time, promotion, coupon codes, prepaid credit, and price.
Other changes like customer and participant details, notes, and payments do not affect the booking history.
You can also customize permissions for viewing booking histories.
