Blik, MobilePay, Swish, and Twint alternative payment methods now available
We are thrilled to announce that more alternative payment methods are now available through the integration with Stripe.
Your customers are going to appreciate the new variety of payment options you offer. You’ll enjoy the boost in conversions, along with reduced risks of fraud, fewer disputes, and lower transaction fees.
Here’s the list of new alternative payment methods that you can now offer at checkout:
Wallets: MobilePay
Streamline your customers’ checkout experience by offering a new wallet payment option: MobilePay (available in most European countries). Wallets eliminate the hassle of manually entering card and billing details, providing a swift and convenient payment solution.
MobilePay is now offered in addition to the current wallets Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, GrabPay, and WeChat.
Bank redirects: Blik and Twint
With the new bank redirect services Blik (available in Poland) and Twint (available in Switzerland), customers can authorize payments using their online banking credentials. Bank redirects can enhance your conversion rates by providing customers with a more convenient and secure payment option directly from their bank accounts.
These newly introduced bank redirect services expand upon the already available Stripe integration options, which consist of Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, FPX, and P24.
Real-time payments: Swish
Allow customers to make near-instant payments, boosting both speed and conversion rates with Swish (available in Sweden).
Swish is now available alongside the existing Paynow option.
What is the checkout experience like for your customers?
When customers select an alternative payment method during the booking process, they will be redirected to the Stripe checkout page to complete their payment. Once the transaction is complete, they will be automatically sent back to your booking page.
