Get fully in the loop on customer purchases and enrollments
You’re going to love this new feature from Bookeo: now you can opt to get automatic email notifications whenever your customers purchase vouchers and prepaid packages, and when they purchase or cancel memberships.
Better in the loop
Better real-time knowledge of your customers’ activities means you can manage your business better – and provide better customer service. In addition to receiving email notifications for customer signups and new, cancelled, and rescheduled bookings, you can now also opt to create additional email notification rules for account users when customers:
- enroll or cancel a membership. The email contains all the details about the membership: rate, amount paid, and duration.
- purchase a prepaid package. The email contains all the details about the prepaid purchase: name, number of credits assigned, and amount paid.
- purchase a gift voucher. The email contains all the details about the gift voucher purchased: voucher type (generic or specific), voucher code, value, and amount paid.
Like everything Bookeo, setting up this option is easy. Simply go to Settings>Notifications>(username) to activate your new email alerts, for yourself and other users in your account. Click here to learn more.
